Why should I pay $10/month when Honey is free?
Because Honey is not actually free. Honey (owned by PayPal) makes money from retailers through affiliate commissions and data. That creates a conflict of interest: their incentive is to show codes that earn them commissions, not necessarily the best discount for you. A 2024 investigation found Honey overriding affiliate links and sometimes withholding better coupons. Clipp's only revenue is your subscription, so our only job is finding you the biggest saving.
How does Clipp verify codes?
Our system tests coupon codes against actual store checkouts automatically and continuously. A code is only shown when it has been confirmed to apply. When a code expires or stops working, it is removed from our database within 24 hours. You only see what actually works.
