Installing the Extension
How do I install Clipp?
Download the extension from the Clipp extension page, then install it from the Opera Add-ons store or load it manually in developer mode. Once installed, the Clipp icon will appear in your browser toolbar.
Which browsers are supported?
Clipp currently supports Opera and Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave). Firefox support is coming soon.
Is Clipp free to use?
Clipp offers a subscription plan at A$10/month which gives you full access to our coupon database and automatic code finding across thousands of stores worldwide.
Using Clipp
How does Clipp find coupon codes?
When you visit a supported online store, Clipp automatically detects the retailer and searches our database for valid coupon codes. Click the Clipp icon in your toolbar to see available codes and apply them with one click.
A coupon code didn't work — what should I do?
Coupon codes can expire or have usage limits. If a code doesn't work, try the next one in the list. You can also email us at support@clipp.bywillo.ai and we'll investigate and update our database.
Why doesn't Clipp show codes for a store I'm visiting?
We may not have coupons for that retailer yet — our database is growing every week. Email us the store name and we'll prioritise adding it. Clipp works best with major Australian and international retailers.
How often is the coupon database updated?
Our team verifies and updates coupons regularly. New codes are added daily and expired codes are removed to keep results accurate.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time by emailing support@clipp.bywillo.ai. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. See our Refund Policy for more details.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via our secure payment provider. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We never store your card details. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider and all data is encrypted in transit.
Privacy & Data
What data does the Clipp extension collect?
Clipp reads the URL of the current tab only to identify the retailer. We do not track your browsing history, personal details, or purchases. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
Does Clipp share my data with third parties?
No. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data is used solely to provide the coupon-finding service.
